It takes good legs to reach the 4th floor but once you enter this attic, you will enjoy a breaktaking view of the city of Lucca from every room.
The location is super central as it is located in Via Fillungo, the main shopping pedestrian street of the town.
At the floor where the stairs end, there is a gate for the safety of children and a capient closet for storing suitcases or strollers for children.
The livingroom is about 40 sqm. and busts of natural light. A spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine where there are 2 single beds and a bathroom with VC. A room divider brings the necessary privacy, and a library with books (also in foreign languages) are available to guests. this is an excellent space for children.
Casa Silvia has a modern and well-equipped eat-in kitchen, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.
The master bedroom has 2 windows overlooking the rooftops of the city and a connected bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
The whole apartment has air conditioning and fast wifi.

- Cancellation policy: Fre cancellation before 30 days. No refund withing 30 days from check-in
