This is a country Tuscan Villa of the 18th century, set on two floors, carefully restored, situated in the green countryside, just 7 km south of Lucca.
Villa Sina can accommodate up to 9 guests, offering 3 matrimonial bedrooms, a triple bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The property includes a private parking, paved courtyard, a garden with adjoining laundry room, and the private pool. The villa while being only a 15-minute drive from Lucca, is nestled in greenery and tranquility.
Layout:
- The main entrance situated on the ground floor opens onto an impressing noble salon with a wooden dining table that can sit up to 12 guests.
- From the salon a door opens into a bedroom with a single bed and two bunk beds. Another door leads to the separate Tuscan style kitchen with a fireplace and a stone sink.
- A bathroom with shower is situated at the bottom of the staircase that leads to the 1° floor.
- From the staircase a door opens onto the outdoor paved patio, the garden and the private pool.
- On the first floor there are 3 matrimonial bedrooms. One of the matrimonial beds can be separated into 2 single beds.
- A spacious bathroom has a separate tub and shower.
- In the paved patio adjacent the kitchen, there is a barbeque and an outdoor table that can be used for al-fresco meals.
- The 4 x 8m. pool is accessible through an iron gate for the children safety, and has purified salt water. The pool has a lovely view of the village of Vorno and the surrounding hills.

The owners provide for their guests at arrival, a welcome pack and children special gift.
The owners, who work in the tourist industry, speak several languages and live in a home next to the villa. Their home has its own entrance and private parking.

The area of Vorno is ideal for excursions on foot or mountain bike. In the village there is a bar, a restaurant and a pizzeria, and grocery shop.In only 10 minutes drive, you can reach the walled city of Lucca, the Thermal waters of S. Giuliano Terme and in 20 minutes the near town of Pisa.

- Cancellation policy : free cancellation till 60 days prior.
